The IPE Golf Club in Ribeirao Preto in the state of Sao Paulo is famous as Brazilan California. Because Ribeirao Preto is one of the richest cities in Brazil. Therefore the Difference to Silicon Valley, this city thrives due to the production of sugar and alcohol fuel. The only golf course in the city, Ipe Golf Course started being constructed in 1999 by executives. As a result, they were tired of travelling to practice their favourite sport.
The IPE Golf Course
The first 9 holes of the IPE Golf Course were built in 2001. Therefore the second 9 holes, in 2003. The golf course is frequently visited by business people and farmers from the region. The golf course and the club are restricted to members and their guests.
