Paradise Golf Club & Resort in Mogi das Cruzes
The Paradise Golf Club & Resort is in Mogi das Cruze and is only 45 km away from the International Airport Guarulhos, Sao Paulo. The Paradise Golf Club & Resort has its organization and it is open to every green fee player national and international. You only must have a regular handicap. If you arrive at the resort do not drive to the hotel. Because there is a separate entrance to the clubhouse for the golf club. At the reception, Alexandre is always very helpful and courteous. You have a good chance to get what you want, also if you only speak English. If you want to play with a caddy it is better to call in advance. Especially on weekdays, it can happen that they are working at home and you have to wait some time.
Paradise Lake Golf Course
The Paradise Lake golf course is a mix of challenging and relaxing holes. The first hole is a short Par 5, a good chance for a positive start. But take care of the next hole because this is a long par 3, and the first time over the lake. Hole 3 and 4 are two par 4 which should not be a big problem. For the next par 4 the hole 5 listen to your caddie or look carefully on your GPS. No driver, you have to play a perfect iron in front of the lake. Also, the next hole is tricky, again a short par 5. But maybe to play the driver is not the best decision. Along the fairway right the lake and left out of pounds. And in front of the green is again a small lake. If you decide to play from the back tees, on the Tee 7 you have to be a long hitter. The first landing zone over the lake is more or less 180 yards carry. The next hole where your course management is important is the 12, a par 4 again with water in front of the big green. Brazilian golf architect likes island greens. Finally, at the Paradise Lake Course, you can find it at the last hole. It is a short par 3. Therefore, the problem is not to reach the green, it is more the decision half or full swing.
Paradise Lake Hotel & Spa Resort
Since 2016 the Paradise Lake Hotel & Spa Resort has been managed by Club Med. With 245 rooms, a spa, an event area and a lake for water sports the resort is a good option for some days relaxing.
