Quinta da Baroneza Golf Club & Resort
The Quinta da Baroneza Golf Resort is an exclusive resort near Campinas in the state of Sao Paulo. It is located 40 km from the city of Atibaia, a region considered to have the second best climate in the world due to its mild temperatures. The resort is located in the breathtaking landscape of the Serra da Mantiqueira.
The Quinta da Baroneza golf course
Quinta da Baroneza Golfe Clube was built on an area of more than 800,000 m2 and is one of the most beautiful and modern golf courses in Brazil. With 27 holes, par 72, 4 tees, driving range and putting green, the course designed by Dan Blankenship meets the highest demands of the sport.
Inspired by the Scottish links style, Quinta da Baroneza is another masterpiece from American designer Dan Blankenship. Among the most outstanding aspects of the course are the greens of the 9th and 18th holes, which are connected in a horseshoe shape and are located directly in front of the club’s veranda. Another interesting hole is the 4th, a par 4 with two fairways at different levels. Just like the other courses designed by Blankenship, there is a mix of holes that are theoretically easier, allowing you to take some risks that are worthwhile and others that require good course management.
Access to the golf course and in the resort is limited to members and their guests.
The infrastructure of the Quinta de Baroneza Resort
Away from the golf course, guests can relax in the luxurious spa, work out in the fitness center or enjoy delicious Brazilian cuisine at the club’s on-site restaurant. The resort also features a tennis court, swimming pool and kids club to ensure all guests enjoy their stay to the fullest.
It also offers a variety of off-course activities, including hikes through the nearby rainforest, horseback riding and bird watching tours. Guests can also visit the nearby towns of Itatiba and Campinas to experience the region’s culture and history.
Overall, Quinta da Baroneza Golf Resort offers a luxurious and relaxing retreat amidst Brazil’s breathtaking landscape, offering both golfers and nature lovers an unforgettable experience.
