The Iguassu Falls golf course

The Iguassu Falls golf course has been re-opened in 2015 and is designed by the American Erik Larsen, from Rec-Creation. His self-owned enterprise opened after nearly three decades with Arnold Palmer Design Company. The clubhouse is located in the Wish Resort in walking distance from the hotel reception. The 9th and 18th greens as the 1 and 10 tees are close to the clubhouse. Therefore also perfect to play only 9 holes before your excursion to the waterfalls.

The airport Foz do Iguassu on the Brazilian side is only 10 minutes from the Iguassu Falls Golf Club and 20 minutes from the entrance to the entrance from the Iguacu National Park away. Practical information for golf in Foz do Iguaçu

Iguassu Golf Club (Iguassu Falls Golf Club) has 18 holes, par 72 and 7,096 yards. It is open every day from 8 am to 7 pm, and you do not need to stay at the resort to play. The resort lists green fees from R$ 260 for 18 holes and R$ 200 for 9 holes; the prices carry no date, so please confirm them when you book. Reserve your tee time in advance at the Club House or by phone at +55 (45) 3521-3414.

How much time do you need for the waterfalls and golf?

Plan at least one full day for the Iguaçu Falls. The Brazilian side gives you the wide panorama of the falls, while the trails on the Argentine side take you very close to the water. With three nights you have one day for the falls, one round of 18 holes and time for a second excursion, for example to the Itaipu dam. Nine holes fit well into a morning before an afternoon trip.

Can the Foz do Iguaçu golf package be changed?
