The course and facilities at Iguassu Golf Club cover about 60 hectares next to the resort. The fairways are wide and planted with Bermuda grass; the greens are small, with Tifdwarf grass, so precise approach shots matter. Bunkers are placed to make you think. Hole 15 is a 210-yard par 3 with a lake in front of the green. The 18th green sits in front of the hotel, guarded by sand and water. The resort names the American architect Erik Larsen as the designer; golf-brazil.com records Álvaro Novaes as the original designer, an opening in 1997 and a later redesign. The club has a driving range, a chipping green and a putting green, plus a golf clinic for adults and children. A pro shop sells and rents clubs.
