Malai Golf in Mato Grosso is closed

2 years after the opening the Malai golf course in the state of Moto Grosso has just closed again. The 9-hole course, designed by the American designer Dan Blankenship, at the lake Manso was one of the attractions of the Malai Manso Resort. According to Ramiro Mitsuo Yabumoto, the captain of the club, the main reason for the closure was the small number of golfers in the region. The course will give place to other resort activities such as more bungalows and water parks.
